More than a website: the public front of the system the business runs on
Heleos VDC is a BIM coordination and 3D laser-scanning firm. It needed more than a website: public marketing, customer-facing intake and quoting, and the internal tools behind them.
I built it, shipped it to production, and continue to operate and improve it.
My role: Built it, shipped it, and still operate it
A brochure site would not have been enough
The firm's work starts with a request, and each request needs a price. A page with a contact form would have left the quoting, the follow-up and the paperwork to be done by hand.
The job was a public site whose forms feed the tools the team already works in, so a request arrives ready to be acted on.
What makes it work
A scan-to-BIM intake form: A customer describes the job on the public site, and the request lands in the internal admin tools.
A quote calculator: The customer-facing form works out a quote, so a price does not wait for someone to open a spreadsheet.
Leads in the CRM: Form submissions sync to Zoho CRM, with a confirmation email to the customer. A failed sync is retried, not dropped.
Extra work orders and proposals: The full lifecycle, with a public link for the customer to approve and an audit trail of who did what.
Admin dashboards: Internal tools the team uses every day, with a role for each person.
AI marketing tools: Article generation and a prompt library, managed inside the admin.
KPI reporting: A dashboard of the firm's numbers, with a PDF export for the people who live in email.

If your website should take requests, price them and hand them to your team, I can build that.
