The pipeline, the follow-ups and the quotes, where you can see them.
The sales side of a command center, broken into the tools that make it up. Start with a simple pipeline board, or connect the CRM you already use.
Quoted before any work starts. Buy one tool or the whole dashboard. You get a written quote before any work starts.
Pipeline Board (Simple): Every inquiry on a board, from first message to booked. Each lead is a card you drag from stage to stage. Dropping one on Booked creates the job and its planning checklist, so nothing has to be typed twice.
Contacts and Leads (Simple): A plain CRM: everyone you deal with, and every conversation. Tables you can sort, search and filter, with a record for every lead and contact. Each record keeps its notes, calls, emails and tasks on a timeline. Import a spreadsheet to start, and export any table whenever you like.
KPI Page (Simple): The numbers, each one marked measured, estimated or projected. Leads, bookings, revenue, pipeline and reach on one page. Every figure carries a tag saying whether it was measured, estimated or projected, so nobody mistakes a guess for a fact.
CRM Pipeline (Full): Your CRM's pipeline, with the deals nobody is working pulled out. The pipeline read from your CRM onto one page: totals, open deals by stage, what closes this month, and the deals table with views for stale deals and deals with no next step. A hygiene worksheet lists what needs cleaning up.
Outreach Desk (Full): Who to reach out to today, and who is owed a follow-up. Two short lists at the top: reach out today, and follow up on threads. Under them, the cold-outreach cadence as a board, each card with its own checklist, and the templates and drafts to send from.
Lead Source Analytics (Full): Where your leads come from, and which ones are hot. Leads broken down by source, by rating and by tier, with the funnel and a two-week trend. A hot list at the bottom names the leads to call first.
Estimating and Proposals (Full): Every quote in progress, and every proposal you have sent. The estimating pipeline as a table you can mark urgent, the estimating tasks as a board, and the history of every proposal with its status.
Estimating Workbench (Full): From a drawing to a priced proposal, in one tool. A quote list, then four tabs for each quote: takeoff, pricing, proposal and outcome. Pricing checks itself as you type, the proposal comes out as a document, and a dashboard shows what you win and why you lose.
Sales Metrics (Full): The sales numbers a manager asks for, already drawn. What matters right now, a sales snapshot, open pipeline by owner, the pipeline's trend, leads by source, and new business against existing business.
How it is sold
A free 30-minute call: You show me how the work is done today and which tool you want.
A written quote: What will be built, what it connects to, and the price. Nothing starts before you agree.
Built on your accounts: It is set up around your business, on accounts you own, with your real records.
Handed over: I walk you through it. It is yours to keep and to change.
Questions
Are the screens real?
Yes. Each tour is made of screenshots of the working product. The business in them is made up, and so is every name and number, so no client's records are shown.
Can I buy one tool without the rest?
Yes. Each tool is quoted on its own. Take one, a few, or the whole dashboard.
What does it cost?
It depends on what it has to connect to, so each one is quoted in writing before any work starts. The first call is free and takes 30 minutes.
Is there a simple version?
Yes. A command center set up in 24 to 48 hours for one flat price is in the Shop. The tools marked Simple here come from that kind of build.
Whose accounts does it run on?
Yours. It is built on accounts you own, with your records, and it is yours to keep.
Does an AI agent ever send or change anything on its own?
Nothing is sent, posted or paid without a person. Most skills here only read and draft. One, Quote Request Triage, also creates the folder and the CRM record for each request, because that is its job. Anything that writes to your systems is spelled out in the quote first.
