Every campaign, post, lead and search number on one page.
The marketing side of a command center, broken into the tools that make it up. Take the whole dashboard or one tool. Click through each one first.
Quoted before any work starts. Buy one tool or the whole dashboard. You get a written quote before any work starts.
Campaign Tracker (Full): Every campaign and every post: built, ready, or out. One page that knows where each post stands. A posting calendar shows what goes out on which day and on which platform, and two trackers show what is built, what is waiting on a recording, and what has been posted.
Content Calendar (Full): The month's content on one calendar, with what is already posted. An editorial calendar beside the posts themselves. Each post shows where it has been published, and the articles, case studies and project pages sit on the same screen.
Search and Audience Stats (Full): Search clicks and follower counts, pulled onto one page. The numbers that otherwise mean signing in to four places: clicks, impressions and position from Google Search Console, followers across your social accounts, the search queries that bring people in, and the audience over time.
Lead Inbox and Funnel (Full): Every inquiry from the website and LinkedIn, in one inbox. Website form leads and LinkedIn messages land as cards on one screen, beside the funnel they feed and the list of prospects. A lead is archived when it is handled, so the inbox shows only what is still open.
Competitor Board (Full): Who you are up against, and what each of them sells. A watchlist of competitors you can edit, a profile card for each one, and a matrix of who offers which service. The research behind it is kept on the same screen.
Events Calendar (Full): The industry events worth your time, on a calendar. Upcoming events on a calendar and as cards, each with a button to mark that you have registered. Newly found events and past ones are kept below.
Marketing Summary (Full): The state of marketing, on the one page an owner will read. What matters right now, the headline numbers, the funnel against its targets and the weekly trend. A table at the bottom shows every data source and whether it is up to date.
Case Study Tracker (Full): Every case study, and how far along it is. Each case study is a card with a checklist of what it still needs, from photos to approval to posting. Sales collateral and the list of projects sit beside it.
Campaign and Content Planner (Simple): The year's campaigns and this month's posts, planned in one place. A year grid with a bar for each campaign, its key dates and its budget, and a content calendar for the posts inside it. Simple enough for one person to keep up.
Channel Map (Simple): Every place your business is listed, on one map. A grid of every directory, group and listing site, by type and by region. Each one is coloured by whether you are listed there, with the important ones starred.
How it is sold
A free 30-minute call: You show me how the work is done today and which tool you want.
A written quote: What will be built, what it connects to, and the price. Nothing starts before you agree.
Built on your accounts: It is set up around your business, on accounts you own, with your real records.
Handed over: I walk you through it. It is yours to keep and to change.
Questions
Are the screens real?
Yes. Each tour is made of screenshots of the working product. The business in them is made up, and so is every name and number, so no client's records are shown.
Can I buy one tool without the rest?
Yes. Each tool is quoted on its own. Take one, a few, or the whole dashboard.
What does it cost?
It depends on what it has to connect to, so each one is quoted in writing before any work starts. The first call is free and takes 30 minutes.
Is there a simple version?
Yes. A command center set up in 24 to 48 hours for one flat price is in the Shop. The tools marked Simple here come from that kind of build.
Whose accounts does it run on?
Yours. It is built on accounts you own, with your records, and it is yours to keep.
Does an AI agent ever send or change anything on its own?
Nothing is sent, posted or paid without a person. Most skills here only read and draft. One, Quote Request Triage, also creates the folder and the CRM record for each request, because that is its job. Anything that writes to your systems is spelled out in the quote first.
