Confirmation emails, approval notifications, status updates, and automated follow-ups are the connective tissue of a well-run business platform. When they fail — or land in spam — clients feel ignored and your team misses cues they depend on. We build transactional email systems with SendGrid that include proper authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), template management, delivery tracking, and fallback handling — so the right email reaches the right person every time, reliably enough that you can stop checking manually.
Off-the-shelf email solutions — WordPress contact form emails, CRM auto-emails on shared sending infrastructure — have notoriously poor deliverability. When they work, they work. When a domain ends up on a blocklist or authentication is misconfigured, emails silently go to spam and you don't find out until a client calls to say they never received the confirmation. For businesses where a missed email means a missed lead or a missed approval, that's not an acceptable failure mode.
We build your transactional email system on SendGrid using your domain with proper SPF, DKIM, and DMARC authentication configured on your sending domain. Every email type is built as a branded template stored in SendGrid's template system. Every send is logged with delivery status — delivered, opened, bounced — so you have visibility into what's reaching the inbox. Bounce and spam-report handling is built in so your sending reputation stays clean.
SendGrid is our default and the provider we have the most production experience with, but we can work with Mailgun, Postmark, or AWS SES. We'll recommend SendGrid unless you have an existing relationship with another provider.
These are email authentication standards that tell receiving mail servers your emails are legitimately from your domain. Without them, your emails look suspicious to spam filters and are more likely to land in the junk folder or be rejected outright. Configuring them correctly is the single highest-impact step for improving deliverability.
Yes. Simple time-based sequences (follow up 24 hours after a form submission, 3 days if no response) can be built in your backend. For complex multi-step marketing sequences, SendGrid's automation features or a dedicated marketing tool may be a better fit — we'll recommend the right approach.
We build a delivery log in your admin showing sent time, delivery status, open events, and bounce/spam reports for every email. You can search by recipient, email type, or date range. No more 'did the confirmation go out?' questions.
Bounce handling is built into the integration. Hard bounces (invalid address) suppress future sends to that address automatically — sending to a known bad address hurts your reputation. Soft bounces (temporary failure) are retried. We report both in the delivery log.
