A Website Built Like a Production Platform, Not a Marketing Brochure

We don't build websites and hand them off to go stale. We build the marketing site, customer-facing intake flows, and the internal admin your team uses to manage it — all as one cohesive production platform on a codebase we continue to operate. Our flagship Heleos VDC platform is a direct example: public marketing site, scan-to-BIM intake form and quote calculator, and admin dashboards, all built and operated end-to-end. The result is a site that keeps improving because the people who built it are still on it.

Your Current Site Is a Brochure That Can't Scale With Your Business

Page builder websites — Wix, Squarespace, even many WordPress setups — are fine when you start. They become a liability when you need to add a customer intake flow, wire leads into a CRM, run real analytics, or give your internal team an admin tool that lives in the same system. At that point you're bolting things together across platforms that weren't designed to work with each other, and paying a developer to fight the platform every time you need a change.

One Codebase for Your Public Site, Intake Flows, and Internal Admin

We design and build your public marketing site, customer-facing forms and calculators, and internal admin interface as a unified platform on a modern React stack. Design system, component library, data model, API layer, and deployment infrastructure — everything is built to production standards from day one. Because it's a real codebase with real architecture, adding new pages, new integrations, and new admin tools later doesn't require a rebuild — it's an extension of what already exists.

Questions

What if I just need a few pages updated, not a full rebuild?

We do page-level work too. If your existing site is on a modern stack we can work with, we'll scope a targeted build rather than pushing a full rebuild. We'll tell you honestly during discovery whether your current platform can accommodate what you need.

Do you do design, or just development?

We do both. Design and development are the same engagement for us — we don't hand off a Figma file to a separate developer. The component library and page templates are designed in code by the same people building the backend.

Which hosting platform do you use?

Cloudflare Pages, Vercel, and Railway are our current defaults depending on the project's needs. We'll recommend the right hosting setup based on your traffic, budget, and backend requirements. We handle deployment infrastructure as part of the engagement.

What about CMS — can non-technical people update content?

Yes. We build an admin interface for content management so your team can update pages, add services, and manage leads without touching code. For simpler sites, we can also integrate a headless CMS like Contentful if your team prefers a dedicated content tool.

How do you handle ongoing maintenance?

We stay on the platform after launch. Most clients move into a retainer or a series of fixed-scope improvement projects. You talk to the same people who built the site — not a support ticket queue.
