Every AI session on one board, and which ones are waiting on you.
For anyone who runs several Claude Code sessions at once. A live picture of every AI session on your machine, drawn as a city. Each department has a building, and every session has a desk inside one: typing when it is working, on its feet with a hand up when it has stopped and needs you. One look tells you where you are needed.
$149, one-time, per person, in final build. It is in its final build. Order now and we will write to you when it is finished, with how to pay. The download is sent only after your payment has gone through. One licence is for one person, on up to two computers. Each person who uses it needs their own. Setup help is optional and quoted first.
A good fit when
You run several AI sessions in parallel
A session has sat waiting on an answer while you looked elsewhere
You want to see the whole fleet without reading a process list
What it does
It works out each session's state: Working, waiting on you, stalled or idle, read from what the session last did and how long ago.
It reads what each session is asking: Requests are pulled out of each session's closing list and tagged as a decision, a task, a notification or a note.
A city you can read from across the room: One building per department. Lit windows are sessions at work. A raised hand with a mark over it is a session waiting on you.
Three ways to look: The city, a network with the traffic visible, and a pixel-art office floor. The same sessions, and whoever you selected stays selected.
Empty terminals show up too: An open terminal with nothing running gets a character too, so a forgotten tab is as visible as a stuck session.
Reply without switching windows: Read any session's last message in its drawer. For a session you started from the board, what you type goes into the real terminal.
It shuts sessions down properly: Turning off a session you started from the board first runs that project's closing routine, waits for it to finish, and only then ends it.
A document shelf: Every project's documents in one panel, readable in place, including the file a session just delivered.
It doesn't guess: When it cannot prove which process belongs to which session, it says unproven instead of picking one.
Guardrails
It runs on your own machine and is not reachable from the network.
Keys and tokens are removed from what sessions say before it reaches the screen.
It shows what sessions said, never their commands or code changes.
It will not answer a security prompt on your behalf.
Known limits
A session you started by hand can be seen and read, but not typed into. Only one program can type into a terminal, so the board types only into sessions it started.
The board shows what each session last said, summarised. It is a map of attention, not a record of fact.
Documents on the shelf are shown as they are, without the key and token removal.
The picture pauses while its browser tab is in the background. The data is current when you come back.
What you need
A Mac or a Windows PC
Claude Code, the AI sessions it watches
Python 3, which runs the small local server
On a Mac, tmux, so the board can start a session and type into it
Questions
What does it actually show?
Every Claude Code session running on your machine, and every open terminal with nothing running in it. Each one is a character at a desk: typing when it is working, on its feet with a hand up when it has stopped and needs you.
Can I answer a session from the board?
Yes, for sessions you start from the board. A session you started by hand in your own terminal shows up and can be read, but not typed into. That is how terminals work, not a missing feature.
Does anything leave my machine?
No. It runs on your own computer and is not reachable from the network. Keys and tokens are removed from what sessions say before it reaches the screen. Documents on the shelf are shown as they are.
Does it work with AI tools other than Claude Code?
Today it watches Claude Code sessions.
How do I get it?
Order it with a message. It is in its final build. Order now and we will write to you when it is finished, with how to pay. The download is sent only after your payment has gone through. It comes with a short setup guide and starts with a double-click.
Is the price a subscription?
No. $149 is a one-time price for the download.
Who is the licence for?
One licence is for one person, on up to two computers. Each person who uses it needs their own.
What if I want help setting it up?
Add a setup call to your order. It is optional, and it is quoted before anything is booked.
